Usage
Perform an allergy test 48 hours before application. Apply the Color Sensation Color Retouch toner to dry hair like shampoo. Mix the developer cream with the color cream in your hand or a non-metallic bowl, wearing gloves. Then apply the toner gradually to the roots and, if needed, through the lengths. Let the color process for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
